6 Love ("the App", "we", "us") is a mobile domino game available on iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using 6 Love, you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the game experience:

• Email address — used to create and authenticate your account.
• Display name / username — chosen by you during account setup, shown to other players.
• Game statistics — wins, losses, rounds played, rank, and in-game achievements. These are used to power your profile and leaderboards.
• Avatar customization — your chosen avatar appearance (stored as preference data, no images are uploaded).
• Device information — basic device and OS type, collected automatically by our infrastructure provider for security and stability purposes.

We do not collect your real name, phone number, location, or contacts. Any payment transactions are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) — we never receive or store your payment information.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and enable sign-in across devices.
• To display your stats, rank, and avatar to yourself and other players.
• To operate real-time multiplayer features (matching players, syncing game state).
• To send transactional emails (e.g., account confirmation, password reset). We do not send marketing emails.
• To detect abuse and maintain fair play.

Data Storage & Processors

Your data is stored and processed by Supabase (supabase.com), our backend provider. Supabase uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. Data is stored in US-based servers. Supabase is SOC 2 Type II compliant.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your personal information (email, username, stats) will be permanently deleted within 30 days. To request deletion, contact us at the email below.

Children's Privacy

6 Love is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

• Access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion of your account and associated data.
• Data portability (export of your data).

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords (via Supabase Auth), and row-level security policies on our database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using commercially reasonable means.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Applicable Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. We comply with applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
