Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using 6 Love ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

6 Love is a mobile domino game available on iOS and Android. The App offers single-player gameplay against AI opponents and real-time online multiplayer. An account is required to use the App.

Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of other people.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent ban without notice.

Intellectual Property

All content in 6 Love — including game logic, graphics, logos, sounds, and code — is owned by or licensed to 6 Love and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Your username and any in-game customization choices remain associated with your account, but do not constitute ownership of any intellectual property.

User Content

The App does not currently support user-generated text, images, or other media uploads beyond avatar customization settings. If this changes, we will update these terms accordingly.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. We are not liable for any loss of game progress, stats, or data resulting from technical issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 6 Love and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or interruption of service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice — including for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
